SHIPPING 

We aim to ship within 3 days of receiving payment for your order - all UK parcels will be sent by recorded delivery or courier - both requiring a signature on receipt. We are happy to do guaranteed next day deliveries but do need to make a nominal charge for these - email for details. Exceptions - when an item is kustom made, or made to order it will take between 10 and 28 days.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

Only to happy to do this BUT customers requiring their parcels sent to an Italian address will be required to pay for DHL/Fed Ex or other reputable courier company, Other overseas addreses we will post by airmail if you prefer - and will obtain a proof of postage, but will not accept responsibility for any losses. We recommend that overseas customers pay the extra cost of a DHL/ Fed Ex or other courier service - Please email us at outerlimitz54321@btinternet.com for costs.

RETURNS

Even with careful measuring sometimes a garment when received does not fit - if this happens we are happy to offer a substitute item of equal value for an unworn garment returned to us within 14 days of receipt. If you cant see anything you want to exchange for at the time - we can offer a credit note. We do not refund postage charges., If at any time a refund is agreed, the original cost of posting and packaging the item will be deducted from this - the buyer will receive their original payment less the cost of postage and packing. The only exception to this is where a garment has been made to a customers specifications, meets the customers specified measurements and design/style - in these cases will try to make the cusotomers happy but due to the personal nature of the order cannot offer exchange or refund.
