It may not look as pretty as the others - but this is a very important page - its worth taking the time to read as it lets you know the service you can expect, what to do if you arent happy with a purchase and a lot of info about your rights!
POSTAGE AND PACKING
All garments/items are packed as carefully as possible to try and ensure they are not damaged in transit. If an item should arrive in imperfect condition first please let us know (contact details are on the Contact page) then please email photographs to us showing the packaging and damage clearly - this will help us enormously with any claims.
All packages are sent by signed for service wether they are International or in the UK- once your parcel has been posted you will be emailed with the date and tracking code information.
Most UK packages should reach their destination within 3 to 4 days, International packages should take between 5 and 10 days but can be held up in Customs offices. If your parcel has not arrived within these timescales, please let us know and we will try and track it - sometimes we may need your help in this process!
RETURNS
Garment arrived - doesnt fit, doesnt look like the picture, quality not what expected, description or measurements provided were inaccurate (hope not I do pride myself on getting it right!) not happy for any reason - first tell me, by text, email, facebook - whatever is easiest for you. If it is within 12 days of you receiving the garment please return it in good unworn condition with any tags still attached to the address on the Contacts page. It is recommended all returns be sent by cusomers as signed for delivery as I cannot be held responsible if they go missing in the post! If they are sent signed for at least they can be claimed for it they should go missing! It is important that you make contact prior to returning goods as unexpected returns will not be accepted.
Exceptions - Custom made garments made to measurements provided by the customer and made to their specifications and wishes. Due to the individual nature of these orders returns cannot be accepted. Still please contact me, as an alteration may be possible or in some circumstances I may be able to refund payment and resell the garment - this is at my discretion and not an automatic right.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Online payments can only be accepted via Paypal - I do not have the facility to process distance payments by other methods.Refunds will be made directly back to buyers Paypal accounts. Its quick, its easy and it works!
